Collect all related data

Analyze all the data that are part of your project & then organize all the pieces and prioritize them as tasks that are part of your project. If you’re stuck on the part of setting priorities, ask yourself the following questions:

  • Most impactful task that can give strength to your project, further.
  • Tasks those are dependent on other tasks.
  • Do you need another person/organization to complete your task?
  • Tasks that can be delayed that you can move forward to other important tasks.

 

Develop a process.

List the important steps to complete each task. Think about:

  • The tasks and sub tasks that needed to be done to complete this.
  • Whether if you need contribution, sign off etc. in the work.
  • If there are some other ways to done these tasks in more efficient ways?

 

Organize your work plan.

You have to organize the whole project plan as set goals. You should have to Prioritize, Plan. Make lists. Avoid delaying. Handle interruptions. Use deadlines wisely. And more importantly learn to say “No” when you have too much to do.

 

Time to Review

We need a good warm-up to stay organized. And so, a review might give us fresh view on what needs to get done, re prioritized or reorganized. Set a time (e.g. weekend) to review work items. This will help you to see the part of project you have done, by a new sight. Because of sometimes we need to take a step back to take a view on things accurately. The review process helps you to stay on top of the moving life force of your work.

 

Step towards start Doing!

Now after managing, arranging, organizing & reviewing you have to take a step toward start doing.

It’s time to take action – pull the trigger, press publish, deliver the final product.
